So apparently there’s a decent market for aftermarket Model 3 badges. Who knew?

Nah, this is better.

defeats the purpose of taking the “deletion of model designation” option :p

I can't believe they put Civic Si badges on that Accord

Tesla should take a cue from Porsche and charge to * add* model designation to the 3.

That’s a weird looking Mazda3

I’m more of a fan of their original badge.

Sir, if you’ll just stop yelling at me, I’m sure I can find a replacement.

I’m surprised I can’t find an Edison badge for Tesla’s. They run on DC after all (the entertainment and hvac part anyway)

Sounds like a business opportunity!
Or “ MUSK” badges

As a current Civic owner, I wish I had a Civic like that!

W e’ve got a couple “dual motor” 3s in the garage at work. That seems to be the sweet spot - fast a heck and still sort of affordable .

Someone I work with has one and absolutely loves it. Don’t think she’s really a car person but she loves it.

What about an electrocuted elephant badge?
![]() 10/17/2019 at 02:23 |

Wouldn’t that be a Westinghouse badge?

I still think this is my favorite De-Badge... of all time.

We need to start offering Tri-Motor badges, just to up the ante... Of, course, Ford probably owns THAT trademark, too, no?

Wow - and they even included “ Cobalt SS”.
I’ m impressed.

As a former Cobalt owner... I love this!!!
I guess if I’d been smarter (dumber?) I could have put some GT-R badges on the Slobalt to confuse people.

It’s a pretty close match— I hadn’t realized how close until I compared pics.
Wonder if any ACTUAL Cobalt SS owners ever took the bait-- “racing for pinks... against Godzilla...”

The thing is, there are some very quick SS’s out there. Those LNF and LTG Ecotecs can make a LOT of power, and the Cobalt is a lot lighter than a Godzilla.
Actually, that would be even funnier, a “Cobalt SS” GT-R losing to a GT-R badge’d Cobalt SS. I wonder if it’s ever happened?

I am planning a covert action this winter:
I shall enter the garage with a heat gun and remove the following from gramp’s M3P:
Dual motor badge
red stripe
Spoiler
I shall deposit these filthy
contaminants at the closest dumpster.
The next operation is more complex. Task: Remove 20" wheels, and replace with base model 18"
![]() 11/08/2019 at 00:54 |

The problem with that plan is you can’t fit smaller than 19" wheels over the break callipers on the Model 3 performance.
